Winter Wedding Card

Hi, all! Vladka is here!
For today's card I've combined some older dies and created wedding card. Actually is more winter wedding card, but people get married also in winter, right?
So, I cut out Birch Trees and I didn't use the whole die cut but just two trunks and put two little birds on it (one is taken from Birdhouse die and another one from Whimsical Deer and Bird die). But before I glued everything together, I used white watercolor tube mixture with water and splashed some of it on the left side of the kraft cardstock. And of course wedding card needs at least one heart, so I put one in birds beaks. For finishing touch I cut out Just married Expression twice - once from kraft and once from white card stock and put white one slightly more right than kraft one. For card base I used white cardstock.
I hope you like it! I wish you all great time.

Latte Time

Hi all! Vladka here today!
Welcome to my first post in 2016 for SC blog. In new year I like to start with cards which are made for any other occasion but for Christmas or New Year and so I created Coffee invitation for a friend. I used die from Christmas release Holiday Cocoa, but used it another way together with old die Cup of Latte.
This is really simple card, where I added some splashes of Tea dye Distress Ink and water mixture. Cup is cut out of red cardstock and distressed with Aged mahogany Distress Ink. All other pieces were cut out of kraft cardstock and colored with Tea dye Distress Ink. At the end I also stamped word time and card was finished.
This is it from my side today and I wish you all great weekend.

O Holy Night

Hello everyone, and Happy Wednesday to all!
Today's card was designed using CottageCutz Candles Snowglobe from the Scrapping Cottage Christmas Release.  Love all the dies in this release! Beautiful collection, and the one I chose today, is so pretty!

For this card I used a dotted grey card stock, Pink shimmer card stock, and white for the border. I cut my die cut in the pink card stock, and then dusted it a bit. The ribbon I used is vintage seam binding and is a multi colored one. I did add some sewing to my card, seems like forever since I have sewn on a card. I think with the holidays I didn't spend to much time crafting...hehehe

Hello everyone!
I just wanted to share a card I created last month using the Beautiful CottageCutz Cardinal Season's Greeting die.
http://www.scrappingcottage.com/cottagecutzcardinalseasonsgreetingelites.aspx

This card is another simple card to make, as it has 1 layer and then the main image layer. For that I cut the CottageCutz die in green, then backed it with a maroon colored card card stock, and then a scalloped white layer. I Love the way this came together, as it was simple and fast! lastly I embellished with some branches,Brads and a bow.
Thank you for looking and Happy New Year to all!

CottageCutz Holiday Candles

Hello everyone , Cheryl here today to share a card I made for the Scrapping Cottage &  Splitcoaststampers Sketch challenge this week. Super easy one here,as this card took me seriously under 15 minutes to make!

On my card for today, I cut the scalloped background piece, and then cut a piece of scrap design paper at an angle. Next I added some ribbon to border the 2 different shades. and hot glued a big bow I made. For the main image I cut out a scalloped oval, and added some vintage trim I got from stash. Next I cut the CottageCutz Holiday Candles in the same grey embossed card stock that I used on my card. Super easy!!!

CottageCutz Silver and Gold

Hello Papercrafters!  Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas with family and friends.  It's Carol here today with a project.  These are some of the cards I created with the beautiful CottageCutz dies.  With the popularity of Gold and Silver why not try cutting your CottageCutz dies on Metallic Cardstock.   This is the CottageCutz Cardinal Ornament die cut on Gold Cardstock.
For the CottageCutz Reindeer and Tree Ornament die, Silver Cardstock and trim was used to create this card.  All cards used spellbinders circles dies and the large and small Martha Stewart Snowflake punches on white cardstock and glitter.
A Martha Stewart Punch around the Page punch was used for the background on all these cards for that pretty lacy doily look.  The CottageCutz Teddybear Snowglobe die was cut on Gold cardstock for this card.  Isn't it cute!

On all these pretty cards strips of Glittered Washi tape-it really highlighted and brought sparkle to these cards for a festive look.  For this card the CottageCutz Candle Snowglobe die was cut on Silver Cardstock.
The size of all the cards are 5" x 5"  and use kraft cards from the Michael's $1.50 bin.  The gold and silver trim you see around these cards are also from Michael's $l.50 bin as well.  The CottageCutz Gingerbread Snowglobe die was cut on Gold Cardstock.  Thank you so much for stopping by today to view these Silver and Gold cards.  Sure do appreciate it.  Until next time Happy New Year!  Here are the dies used:

Recipe Dividers

Hi all! Vladka here!
Christmas is behind us and it is time to rest a little bit, also from crafting, don't you think? December was really busy and before the Christmas I made this recipe dividers. It will be perfect to run each recipe through a laminator, put them between right dividers and take them out when we need them. So, there will be no harm if we spill something on them. Practical, right? And the other possibility is, to bind them in the recipe book. On the first divider is Mrs. Claus. Very cute die and I´m so happy that I have also this motive in my collection.
On the second one are really popular recipes for Christmas - Cookies
Third one is reserved for hot drinks...
... and the last one for Santa's favorite recipes. This is just one idea and can be modified, so it can be used for all kind of recipes which we use during the year.
So, this is my last post in CottageCutz blog for this year.
I'm so happy that I had the opportunity to share all my SC projects during the whole year also here and thank you for all your kind comments.

I wish you all happy and special year 2016 with a lot of creative ideas.
